I graduated from the University of Waikato in 2023 with my LLB and I was admitted to the Bar in December that year. Since the beginning of 2024 I've been a practicing lawyer within the Waihi area. Working in a regional practice, my experience includes a vast range of work that is primarily centred around property or asset structures. I have experience in property law, asset planning, relationship property, company law, conveyancing, disputes, and contract negotiations/review.

With more than 35 years' experience with the Ministry of Justice, I bring a wealth of legal knowledge and administrative expertise to our team. Since retiring from the Ministry in 2019, I have served as a legal administration manager and practice manager at Waihi law firms, playing a vital role in the smooth and efficient running of the practices. In December 2024, I was appointed as a Justice of the Peace of New Zealand. As a Sworn Judicial Officer, appointed by the Governor-General, I am authorised to carry out a range of Ministerial and Judicial Services to support and serve our community.

I earned my Legal Executive Certificate in 2004 and I bring two decades of experience in general legal practice. Over the past five years, I have focused primarily on estate administration. I am committed to guiding clients with care and clarity through the often emotional and complex process of finalising a loved one’s estate, and I consider it a privilege to provide support during such a difficult time.
